David has both level 2 & 3 certification from one of the most prestigious certification schools in England

Nutrition

David is a certified Nutritional Advisor. He has spent many years researching the pshycology and physiology involved in dietary pracrices and himself has overcome nutritional challenges and transformed his body. 

Physical Therapy

Although not a certified physical therapist. David has spent many years studying anatomy and understand the mechanical and chemical components of muscle tissue. His raining system is incredibly safe and has had many successes rehabilitating his clients from previous injuries.

This training is NOT easy, it is NOT a magic pill.

You WILL need to work HARD! But… this training IS safe and it IS effective!

BE STRONGER

HIT (High-Intensity Training) is incredibly effective. Of course this means that it is also hard work. If you are not willing to work hard then don’t waste your time applying. 

BE FITTER

High-Intensity Strength Training is the most effective & safest way to increase cardiovascular capability. No need for cardio. 

Be Healthier

A proper exercise regime & diet regime will help you to look & feel amazing.
